As a Christian, if someone presents you with a verse like Revelation 22:14, where it talks about doing the Commandments of God, how do you reconcile that when scripture also teaches that we are not under the law? I had someone present this verse to me after I said we are unable to keep the commandments of God and follow up with, "So what [does] this mean? Because how are we unable to keep them if it says, “blessed are they that do his commandments?“
Are we somehow to mix law and grace in order to uphold this verse?
Is there something about this verse that we are not seeing correctly?
