Changes in the World

My Dear Friend,

The two topics of conversation that tend to be either the most forbidden or the most discussed are politics and religion.  Considering that the subject of politics is generally about law, it truly is an embodiment of the religion of the people participating.  They are one and the same and the contest in political events tends to be a contest between the religions of the ungodly and the religions of the unrighteous.  The ungodly being those who live by their own standard of good and evil and the unrighteous who try to live by a standard of good and evil written in a sacred text such as the Bible, but fail to do so.  In politics both seek to use the power of government to impose their standards of good and evil upon another.  It is necessary to have laws to govern civilization, because there are very few who are not on the scale between the ungodly and the unrighteous, those who are led by the Spirit of God according to the Gospel.

Two very common tools used in the political world are extortion and blackmail.  Extortion is the use of punishment in the event that someone fails to do what the extortioner desires.  Blackmail is the threat of disclosing past failures in the event that someone fails to do what the blackmailer desires.  When these tools are used, the person subjected to extortion or blackmail will search for a way to be free of the bondage these tools produce.  Sometimes these circumstances end in violence, but sometimes these circumstances burden a person for the rest of their lives.  The recent political changes are in my opinion a result of the rebellion of those being extorted and blackmailed.  Instead of committing excessive voter fraud, I believe the victims of these tools of oppression committed just enough to find freedom from these political tools that I believe were being used against them.  Many significant world events in history have been the result of betrayal, not conspiracy.  I believe the results of our recent popular election are a reflection of the betrayal from those who were oppressed by extortion and blackmail and finally, secretly obtained their freedom.  In addition, the public expressed themselves not just in the votes that were counted, but by attending the public appearances of the candidates.

For those of you who are familiar with the work I have done, that is found in the radio archive of Living God Ministries, you know how these tools are used in religion just as much as they are in politics.  I would like to remind you that there are people all around you who are under the oppression of religious extortion and blackmail.  Continue to reach out to the people around you and show them the freedom of the truth of the Gospel.  They are looking for a way to be free of the bondage they could easily suffer under for the rest of their lives.  They only need to know the truth that you have come to discover and learn.  The freedom in Christ is not about restraining or indulging the flesh.  It is about living with the inheritance we have received as a result of His death and resurrection.  In politics, people are often struggling to get something they do not have.  In Christ Jesus, people are struggling to discover what they already have.  You have the privilege of sharing with others what you have discovered.  Never forget and never give up.

Most Sincerely,
Aaron Budjen
