Can God, who knows everything, learn anything?

"Out of the ground the Lord God formed every beast of the field and every bird of the air and brought them to Adam to see what he would call them. And whatever Adam called each living creature, that was its name." Genesis 2:19

And the Lord said, "Because the outcry against Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grave, will go down now and see whether they have done altogether according to the outcry against it that has come to Me; and if not, I will know." Genesis 18:20-21

What kind of relationship can you have with someone that knows everything you are going to say, think, and do?

If someone gives you what to say, think, and do before you do it, are you anything other than a robot?
