The Truth About Our Freedom In Christ

1 Corinthians 6:12

"I have the right to do anything,” you say—but not everything is beneficial. “I have the right to do anything”—but I will not be mastered by anything."

Romans 5:13

"To be sure, sin was in the world before the law was given, but sin is not charged against anyone’s account where there is no law."

Galatians 5:13

"You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love."

Galatians 5:1

"It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery."

Galatians 2:4

"This matter arose because some false believers had infiltrated our ranks to spy on the freedom we have in Christ Jesus and to make us slaves."

What is the hardest thing to admit about our freedom in Christ?

If we are not under the law, what motivates us not to sin?

Who is it that wants to enslave us?
